• B.Sc. (Nursing)/ Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with integrated Curriculum of certificate program in Community Health (CPCH) from any recognized Nursing colleges that have integrated curriculum and passed in or after academic year 2016-2020 .

Age Limit: as on 01.04.2023

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Age relaxation is admissible as per rules.

• Medical
• Final Merit
