Amul Recruitment Salary :-

Salary of selected candidates is Rs. 5,00,000 – 6,50,000 /- P.A. has been kept annually.

Job Description :-

The candidate will be responsible for the sales and distribution function for our range of product for the specified territory. Operating one of our 4 distribution highways: Fresh, Frozen, Chilled and Ambient.

The candidate will be responsible for market coverage as well as market penetration for the assigned area. Key responsibilities include sales planning, logistics & distribution management, WD & territory management, product promotion, new product launches, achievement of sales targets etc.

The candidate will also be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development. He is required to monitor and analyze the activities of the competitors and suggest countermeasures from time to time. Their success will be measured by the distribution of profits in the critical goals of the business, growth and market share.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

The candidate should be first class graduate in Dairy Technology / Food Technology/ Hotel Management/Agri. The candidate having post graduation in management will be preferred. They should also have minimum 1 to 2 years of FMCG sales experience. The age should not be more than 28 years. The candidates having knowledge of local language need only apply.
