A candidate must have passed Intermediate Examination with Science from Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh or any examination recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto, A two year Diploma Certificate in Tuberculosis Programme Management awarded by State Medical Faculty, Uttar Pradesh or Institutions recognized by State Medical Faculty, Uttar Pradesh.
