Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Eligibility 2024 –

To apply for the scheme, you will have to fulfill its prescribed eligibility, only those citizens who fulfill it will be eligible to apply, the eligibility information of the scheme is as follows.

• The citizens applying in this should be residents of the Haryana.
• The applicant must have Haryana permanent residence certificate.
• Unemployed educated citizens of the state aged 18 years or above will be eligible to apply for this scheme.
• To apply for the scheme, the applicant must have all his important documents.
• Youth of all categories of Haryana (General, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes) will be eligible to apply for the scheme.

इस योजना का उद्देश्य –

हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा कौशल रोजगार निगम को शुरू करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य देश के बेरोजगार युवाओं को ऑनलाइन माध्यम आउटसोर्सिंग के जरिए नौकरी उपलब्ध करवाना है, इससे जहाँ बहुत से युवा जो शिक्षित होने के बाद भी जगह-जगह नौकरी की तलाश में भटक रहे हैं उन्हें कौशल रोजगार निगम के तहत ऑनलाइन माध्यम से भर्ती की जानकारी प्राप्त हो सकेगी और वह इसके लिए आवेदन कर सकेंगे, इसके लिए आउटसोर्सिंग से होने वाली नियुक्तियों को सरकार ऑनलाइन पारदर्शी तरीके से आयोजित करवा सकेगी।

हरियाणा मे कच्चे कर्मचारियों (DC रेट) की भर्ती जो अभी तक ठेकेदार के माध्यम से होती थी वो अब हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम के द्वारा की जाएगी। सरकार के इस कदम से नौकरियों मे ठेकेदारी प्रथा खत्म हो जाएगी व भ्रष्टाचार मे भी कमी आएगी।
