(i) A Bachelor’s degree from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto. (ii) Must have a minimum speed of 4000 key- depressions per hour in Hindi typing on computer. (iii) Preference will be given to the candidates who can type English on computer, having a minimum speed of 8000 key-depression per hour in English typing on computer. mandatory.
