• Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metre in 3 chance

For female candidates:-

• 100 metre race in 18 seconds
• 800 metre race in 4 minutes
• Long Jump: 2.7 metre in 3 chances
• High Jump: 0.9 metre in 3 chances

SSC CPO Self Slot Selection 2025 Process :- :-

• Go to SSC official website: ssc.gov.in
• First, visit the official website.
• You will now log in with your application number and password.
• You will then need to click on Self-Step Selection.
• You will then be able to select your exam city, exam date, and exam shift.
• Once you select this, you will not be able to select it again.
