Exam Pattern & Syllabus :-
- The Question Paper for Single Stage CBT will be of 90 minutes duration for 100 questions
- The Question Papers shall be of objective multiple-choice type.
- There will be negative marking and 1/3 mark shall be deducted for each wrong answer.

(A) Mathematics :
Number Systems, BODMAS, Decimals, Fractions, LCM and HCF, Ratio and Proportions, Percentage, Mensuration, Time and Work, Time and Distance, Simple and Compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, Elementary Statistics, Square Root, Age Calculations, Calendar & Clock, Pipes & Cistern.
(B) General Intelligence and Reasoning :
Analogies, Alphabetical and Number Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical Operations, Relationships, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagram, Data Interpretation and Sufficiency, Conclusions and Decision Making, Similarities and Differences, Analytical Reasoning, Classification, Directions, Statement- Arguments and Assumptions etc.
(C) General Awareness :
Knowledge of Current Affairs, Indian Geography, Culture and History of India including freedom
movement, Indian Polity and Constitution, Indian Economy, Environmental issues concerning India and the World, Sports, General scientific and technological developments etc.
General Science: Physics, Chemistry and Life Sciences (up to 10th standard CBSE syllabus).
Skill Test :
Junior Translator/Hindi :
- A single stage Computer Based Test will be conducted followed by a qualifying translation test.
- 10 times the number of vacancies will be called for translation test.
- The translation test will be a qualifying test only and the qualifying marks for passing will be 60%.
Performance Test/Teaching Skill Test :
Candidates for teaching positions are selected based on their performance and teaching abilities. Experts for various subjects such as music, dance and art are selected based on their artistic skills.
Performance Test: Teachers of music and dance are judged on their skills, performance, and other factors.
Teacher Skill Test: The TST will evaluate applicants based on their teaching expertise, methodology, and other qualities. A few topics are chosen by the committee on the spot for the candidates to teach.
