NHPC Educational Qualifications :-

• The applicant should be an engineering graduate with good academic record from a recognized university/Institute.
• The applicants with Civil, Mechanical & Electrical and /or MBA/PGDM qualifications will have added advantage.

Pay Scale :

Rs. 180000-340000 (IDA)

Experience :-

The applicant should have at least 5 years of cumulative experience/exposure during the last 10 years in construction/planning/design & engineering/operation and maintenance of Hydro Electric Projects/Power Generation (above 100 MW).

Age Limit :-

Job Description and Responsibilities :-

Director (Technical) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director. He/She is responsible for formulating the Corporate objectives and policies with respect to entire gamut of engineering activities from concept to commissioning of hydro power stations consistent with the Corporate mission of achieving technological excellence in the field of hydro power generation within and outside the country.
