| Stenographer Grade-II | 12th Class Pass from a Recognized Board. Skill Test: Dictation 10 Mts. @80 WPM & Transcription 50 Mts. (English), 65 Mts. (Hindi) on Computer. |
| Staff Car Driver | 10 Pass + Possession of a valid Driving License for motor cars. Experience of Driving a motor card for 3 Years. Knowledge of Motor Mechanism. |
| Assistant (Judicial) | Bachelor Degree in Law and Computer Training Course of Six Months Duration. |
| Stenographer Grade-I | Bachelor Degree and Computer Training Course of Six Months Duration. Skill Test : Dictation 10 Mts. @100 WPM & Transcription 50 Mts. (English), 65 Mts. (Hindi) on Computer. |
| Hindi Translator | Master’s degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at degree level. Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa OR Two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central/State Government. |
