Madhya Pradesh TET Eligibility :-

Higher Secondary Teacher: Madhya Pradesh State School Education Service (Academic Cadre) Service Conditions and Recruitment Rules, 2018 and Madhya Pradesh State Tribal Affairs Department (Academic Cadre) Service Conditions and Recruitment Rules, 2018 and eligibility test as per the amendments/rules instructions issued from time to time Will be held subject to the following conditions –

• The candidates must have obtained a two-year diploma in elementary education and have passed Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate from any recognized education board.
• If graduate, the candidate must hold a proper Bachelor in Education BEd degree.
• The applicants must hold a four-year B.El.Ed degree if they have passed Class 12, Their scores in Class 12 must be at least 50% from any recognized education board.
• Candidates should have passed Class 12 from a recognized board with a minimum of 50 percent marks and hold a diploma in Special Education.

Age Limit :-

To participate in the Teacher Eligibility Test, the candidate must have completed 21 years of age on January 1, 2023. The calculation of the maximum age at the time of recruitment by the departments will be done according to the instructions of the General Administration Department and departmental recruitment rules.

• Second Class Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with B. Ed. or its equivalent.

MPTET Exam Pattern 2023 :-

Scheme and Syllabus of Examination – Higher Secondary Teacher :-

• All questions will be compulsory.
• There will be one question paper for Eligibility Test for 150 marks. The duration of the exam will be 2.30 hours.
• All questions in the Eligibility Test will be of Multiple Choice (MCQ) type with four options out of which one option will be correct.
• Each question will carry 1 mark. There will be negative marking. 1 mark deducted for every 4 questions wrongly answered

• There will be two parts in the question paper. Part A and Part B Part A will be compulsory for all, one subject will have to be selected from the subjects included under Part B.
