आदित्यनाथ ने लखनऊ में एक किसान रैली में घोषणा की थी। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड-19 महामारी के कारण वित्तीय कठिनाइयों का सामना कर रहे किसानों की मदद के लिए यह निर्णय लिया गया है।

आदित्यनाथ ने कहा, “राज्य सरकार ने किसानों के लिए 2.63 लाख रुपये तक के केसीसी कर्ज माफ करने का फैसला किया है। इससे 22 लाख से अधिक किसानों को लाभ होगा और 36,000 करोड़ रुपये के कर्ज माफ होंगे।” Pm Awas Yojana

उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने प्रत्येक किसान परिवार को 1,000 रुपये की एकमुश्त सहायता प्रदान करने का भी निर्णय लिया है। इससे राज्य के 2.5 करोड़ से अधिक किसान परिवारों को लाभ होगा।

इस घोषणा का किसान संगठनों और राजनीतिक दलों ने स्वागत किया है। समाजवादी पार्टी, कांग्रेस और बहुजन समाज पार्टी किसानों के लिए पूर्ण कर्ज माफी की मांग कर रहे थे। UP Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana List 2023

यूपी में बीजेपी सरकार ने इससे पहले 2017 में किसानों के लिए 1 लाख रुपये तक का कर्ज माफ किया था। मौजूदा कर्ज माफी पांच साल में राज्य में इस तरह की दूसरी माफी है।

केसीसी कर्ज माफ करने के फैसले से किसानों का मनोबल बढ़ने की उम्मीद है और इससे उन्हें अपनी वित्तीय जरूरतों को पूरा करने में मदद मिलेगी। इससे राज्य में कृषि उत्पादन बढ़ाने में भी मदद मिलेगी।

Is your name on the list of beneficiaries?

• The state government has released the list of beneficiaries of the KCC loan waiver. You can visit the Government of Uttar Pradesh website to check whether your name is on the list or contact your local bank or cooperative society.
• You will not need to do anything if your name is on the list. The bank or cooperative society will automatically waive your loan.
• You can still apply for a loan waiver if your name is not on the list. You need to submit a copy of your KCC loan account statement and a copy of your Aadhaar card to the bank or cooperative society.
• The bank or cooperative society will then verify your eligibility and waive your loan if you are eligible.

How much loan will be waived off?

This time, under the UP Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana 2023, all the farmers who have taken loans up to ₹ 50000 or the outstanding amount up to ₹ 50000 will be forgiven by the Jharkhand government. If the outstanding amount of a farmer is more than ₹ 50000, then he will have to pay the amount above ₹ 50000. Under UP Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana, 2023, only loan up to 50000 has been waived.

• All the small and marginal farmers of the state will be able to take advantage of the Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana.
• Farmers will get maximum relief from the introduction of Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana.
• Under the Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana, loans up to ₹ 50000 will be waived off for all small and marginal farmers of the state.
• Farmers who had deposited income tax in the last financial year will not get the benefit of Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana.
• Waiver of loan under Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana will be the biggest help in preventing farmer suicides.
• By taking advantage of loan waiver, farmers will be able to resume their farming work and they will not need to go into other business.
• If a farmer has more than 50,000 loan and he wants to take loan again after repaying the outstanding loan, then the bank will be able to give him loan
