Indian Navy Apprentice Recruitment 2023 :- Applications are invited from ITI qualified Indian citizen (both male / female) in the various designated trades for enrolment into apprenticeship training at Naval Dockyard Apprentices School, Visakhapatnam under Apprentices Act, 1961 read in conjunction with Apprenticeship Rules, 1992. A total of 150 vacancies for Naval Dockyard Apprentices School, Visakhapatnam and 275 vacancies

There will be no application charge for the post of Indian Navy Naval Dockyard Apprentice School. Candidates will get a chance to fill the form free of cost.

Age Limit :-

• Minimum – 14 Years
• candidates born on or before 02 May 2010 are eligible.
• Age Relaxation (Upper Age Limit)- 

Educational Qualification :-

• Qualifications. Candidates who have scored above 50% marks in Matriculation or equivalent and above 65% marks in the relevant ITI trade recognized by National / State Council for Vocational Training (NCVT / SCVT).

Minimum Physical Standards :-

• Height 150 cm, Weight not less than 45 Kg, Chest expansion not less than 5 cm, Eye sight 6/6 to 6/9 (6/9 corrected with glasses), external & internal organs to be normal.
• Physical fitness standards are as per MoD letter FM/0442/NHQ/1278 D(N-II) dated 14 Nov 1996

Scheme of Examination :-

OMR based written examination comprises of 50 Multiple Choice Questions, English language with each question carrying one and half (1½) marks would be conducted for a duration of one hour at DAS (Vzg) campus. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
