Indian Air Force Group C Educational Qualification :
Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Hindi Typist :-
- 12th Class pass from a recognized Board.
- Skill test norms on computer. English typing @ 35 words per minute, or Hindi typing @ 30 words per minute (35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 Key Depressions per hour or 9000 Key Depressions per hour on an average of 5 Key Depressions for each word)
Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade) :-
- Matriculation (10th) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
- Must be holding a valid Civil Driving Licence for light and heavy vehicle.
- Must possess professional skill in driving and knowledge of motor mechanism.
- Minimum 2 years experience in driving motor vehicles.
Indian Air Force Group C Mode of selection:
- All application are scrutinized in terms of age limit, minimum qualification, documents and certificates. Thereafter eligible candidates will be issued call letter for written test.
- The eligible candidates will be required to appear for written test. The written test will be based on minimum educational qualification.
The written test
- The question cum answer paper will be in English and Hindi. (e) The requisite number of candidates will be short listed and called for skill /practical/physical test wherever applicable based on merit/category in the written test. (f) Short listed candidates are to bring original certificates, copies of which were annexed with the application.
- Physical / Skill test will be of qualifying nature only and marks awarded therein will not be added in total marks while preparing merit list.
