- Physics:
- M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Related Subject; or B.Tech./B.E. in Related Subject with 1 year of specialization.
- Alternatively, B.Tech./B.E. in Related Subject, or Mechanical Engineering with 1e year of specialization; or M.Sc./M.Tech. in Applied Physics.
- Biology: M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Related Subject, or Molecular Biology.
- Psychology: M.Sc., M.Tech., or M.A. with specialization in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
