India Post Office Driver Recruitment Details 2024 –

Application Fee :-

• Gen / OBC / EWS : Rs. 100/- No Fee
• SC / ST  : Rs. 00/-
• Pay Examination Fee Through Indian Postal Order UCR Receipt.

India Post Driver Qualification Details:

• Possession of a valid driving license for light & heavy motor vehicles.
• Knowledge of Motor mechanism.
• Pass in 10th from a recognized Board or Institute.

Required Age Limit:- As on 30.05.2024

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: not exceeding 56 years.
• Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/ Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rule Regulation.

Salary Package:

• Driver (Ordinary Grade) – Rs. 19900- 63200/- (Level-2 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC)

India Post Driver Mode of Selection:

Selection process will be through a driving test & trade test.

The eligible candidates may submit their applications only in the prescribed format in Annexure-I, affixing their recent passport size photograph, duly filled in along with enclosures and Indian Postal Order for Rs. 100/- in favour of Manager Mail Motor Service, Kanpur payable at Kanpur HO should be enclosed as application fee in an envelope super scribed as “APPLICATION FOR DIRECT RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF DRIVER IN UP CIRCLE” addressed to, “The Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Bihar Circle, Patna – 800001 “.
