About Recruitment :
The fresh applications are invited from the eligible and intending candidates for filling up of 1230 posts of GD Constable, General Duty Solider, Tradesman Washer man, Cook, Barber, Attendant, Plumber, Havildar Clerk, Technical & Tradesman Assam in the Pay Scale of Rs. 14000- 60500/-, with Grade pay of Pay Scale of Rs. 5200 – 20210 (Expected ) /-, with Grade pay of Rs 2800/-(Pay Band-II). The date and venue of Physical Standard Test / Physical Efficiency Test and Written Test will be intimated in due course of time by email, SMS and various other means and through SLPRB website (http://www.assamrifles.gov.in).Only online applications will be received with effect from 11-09-2021.The last date for receipt of applications will be 25-10-2021.

Relaxations :Upper age limit will be relaxed for:
(i) 5 (five) years in respect of candidates belonging to SC, ST(P) and ST(H).
(ii) 3 (three) years in respect of candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC.

Selection Process :
Candidates whose applications are found correct in all respects will be called for the Physical Standards Tests (PST) and Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) and Written Exam.

Male Candidates :
Race: Those who qualify in the PST will be subjected to 5km. Race to be completed within 24 minutes
Female Candidates :
Race: Those who qualify in the PST will be subjected to 800mtrs. race to be completed within 04 minutes.
