Asia Cup 2023 Schedule :- The Asia Cup 2023 will be hosted by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), and the tournament will be played this year under the hybrid model. The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) on Thursday released the schedule of the Asia Cup 2023, which will be played from August 31 to September 17. Teams from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Nepal will participate in the Asia Cup 2023; a total of 13 One Day International matches will be played in this tournament, out of which four matches will be played in Pakistan, while the remaining nine matches will be played in Sri Lanka.
The matches played in Pakistan will be Pakistan vs. Nepal, Bangladesh vs. Afghanistan, Afghanistan vs. Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka vs. Bangladesh. All these matches can be played at the Gaddafi Cricket Stadium in Lahore. However, Pakistan cricket fans have not liked this hybrid model. Pakistani cricket fans have lashed out at the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for this. A video of Najam Sethi was shared from the official Twitter handle of PCB, in which he announced the Asia Cup 2023 to be held in a hybrid model.
