Draftsman –
- Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded by any Institution recognized by the Government

Technician Grade-II (EE/ ECE/ ME) –
- Passed High School (10th) Examination with Science & Mathematics or equivalent examination from a recognized Board and All India / State Vocational Certificate in Electrician or Electronics Trade and 02 years work experience.

Tubewell Operator –
- High School and ITI with 05 Years Experience.

Plumber –
- Passed high school (10th) examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent to it from a recognized institute,
- Certificate in plumber trade from a recognized industrial training institute (ITI),
- Preference will be given to those having 02 years of work experience in the relevant trade,

Maintenance Assistant –
- Candidates should have passed Intermediate (12th) Examination of Board of School Education, Uttarakhand or any examination recognized by the Government as equivalent to it.
- 2 years ITI Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical and preference will be given to such candidates who have knowledge of computer applications.
