- भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से बी.एससी. (कृषि) या बी.एससी. (कृषि-बागवानी) ऑनर्स या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 10+2 योजना के अंतर्गत कृषि के साथ सीनियर हायर सेकेंडरी या पुरानी योजना के अंतर्गत कृषि के साथ हायर सेकेंडरी।
- देवनागरी लिपि में लिखित हिंदी में कार्य करने का ज्ञान और राजस्थान की संस्कृति का ज्ञान।
