| Library Assistant | (i) B.Lib or equivalent qualification. (ii) 03 years experience. (iii) Personal Computer Course or ‘O’ Level certificate ofm(DOEACC) of Government of India. |
| Librarian | (i) Should possess B.Lib (Bachelor of Library Science) or BLISc. (Bachelor of Library Information Science). |
| Assistant Librarian | (i) Bachelor Passed or Post Graduation in Library Science and Information. (ii) Matriculation (10th) examination passed with Punjabi. |
| Proofreader | (i) Should have Passed Graduation . (ii) Should have at least 1 year working experience. |
| Copy Holder | (i) Should have passed Graduation. (ii) 1 year experience of proof reading in Punjabi or Hindi Language |
| Motor Vehicle Inspector | (i) Senior Secondary Part-II Examination Passed . (ii) (a) Diploma in Automobile Engineering (Three Year Course) Or (b) A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Three Year Course) (iii) Working Experience of 1 year (iv) Should hold a driving liscense authorizing him to drive motor cycle, heavy goods vehicle and heavy passenger motor vehicles |
| Upper Ranger | (i) Degree of Bachelor Passed in Science or a Degree of Bachelor in Engineering (ii) Should fulfil the following Physical Standard, namely : (i) Height – Male 167 cms, Female 150 cms, (ii) Chest – Unexpanded – 79 cms (for Male) 74 cms (for Female) Expanded – 84 cms (for Male) 79 cms (for Female) (iii) Walk Test of twenty-five Kms for males and fourteen Kms for females to be completed withing four hours. |
| Fisheries Officer | (i) Should possess Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Science. OR (ii) Should possess Bachelor’s degree in Science with Zoology. (iii) Matric with Punjabi. |
