अभ्यर्थी को कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता मंत्रालय के वेबपोर्टल http://www.apprenticeship.gov.in/ पर स्वयं को पंजीकृत करना होगा. उन्हें एनपीसीआईएल रावतभाटा राजस्थान साइट की इस्टेब्लिशमेंट रजिस्ट्रेशन संख्या E08160800303 के द्वारा भी उक्त अभ्यर्थी शिक्षु (अप्रेंटिस) के पद के लिए आवेदन करना है | यदि इस्टेब्लिशमेंट आईडी में आवेदन नही किया तो आवेदन स्वीकार नही होगा। उसके पश्चात अभ्यर्थी को www.npcilcareers.co.in पर जाकर ऑन लाइन आवेदन करना होगा.
