GATE Admit Card 2025 :– Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee has decided to release the admit card for GATE 2025 exam on 7 January 2025. All the candidates who are going to appear in the exam from 1 February to 16 February 2025. All of them can download their admit card on 7 January 2025 through the official website of GATE 2025. graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2025 admit card was to be released on 2 January 2025 itself. A candidate who is currently studying in the 3rd or higher years of any undergraduate degree program OR has already completed any government approved degree program in Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Science / Commerce / Arts is eligible for appearing in the GATE 2023 exam

GATE 2025 Exam Pattern
The following table helps the candidates to know the GATE 2024 Exam Pattern. Check them out:
- GATE 2024 is a computer-based test (CBT)
- The GATE exam is conducted for 30 subjects
- GATE 2024 Duration – 3 Hours*
- The sections contain General Aptitude (GA) and Candidate’s Selected Subject
- The question types will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT)
- For a wrong answer chosen in an MCQ, there will be a negative marking. For 1-mark MCQ, 1/3 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. Likewise, for 2-mark MCQ, a 2/3 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer.
- There is no negative marking for wrong answer(s) to MSQ and NAT question
