B.Tech/B.E in 1st Division in Electrical Engg, Computer Science, Electronics and Mechanical from UGC recognized University with valid NET/GATE.

Maximum Age: 28 years
Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rule Regulation.

Candidates should download and fill out the Application Form in the prescribed format (available on the website drdo.gov.in). The duly filled-in application along with enclosures should be forwarded to Director, IRDE, and Dehradun.
The signed Application Form along with a certificate in support of minimum educational qualification, matriculation certificate/birth certificate in support of date of birth, GATE/NET Score card(if applicable), valid as on closing date of application & taste certificate (if applicable) should also be scanned in a single PDF file and also emailed tocao@irde.drdo.in, before the closing date.
